Delhi CM Designate Arvind Kejriwal To Invite PM Modi For Swearing-In Ceremony Today

Delhi Chief Minister-designate Arvind Kejriwal, whose Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) decimated the rivals in the Delhi Assembly election, will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday.

08:40 am: Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi at 10:30 am.

08:35 am: Kejriwal will invite Modi for the swearing-in ceremony at Ramlila Maidan on February 14.

08:30 am: “We had sought time from the Prime Minister, Kejriwal will be meeting him on Thursday at 10:30 am. He will also extend an invitation to him for the oath ceremony on February 14,” party sources said.
08:20 am: After AAP swept the Delhi polls on Tuesday in a landslide victory grabbing 67 seats in the 70-member Assembly, Prime Minister Modi had congratulated Kejriwal on his thumping victory and assured him of all support from the Centre for development of the national capital.08:15 am: Kejriwal, while thanking Modi for the greetings, had said he would like to meet him soon to discuss issues related to Delhi.
